Colorado is ranked 46th out of 50 for the most affordable states to
live. In 2023, Denver's minimum wage was increased to $17.29 per hour; that's roughly $30k after taxes. Living on
that in Denver just ain’t gonna happen, jefe.
At KTM Restaurant Group, we are committed to addressing the wage
gap within our restaurants. Our kitchen staff is the foundation of
the restaurant. Because everything we do starts with them, we have
always and will continue to pay higher than minimum wage. To keep
up with rising costs, we have instituted a 5% Kitchen Love
fee that goes DIRECTLY to our badass kitchen staff.
