At KTM Restaurant Group, we are committed to addressing the wage gap within our restaurants. Our kitchen staff is the foundation of the restaurant. Because everything we do starts with them, we have always and will continue to pay higher than minimum wage. To keep up with rising costs, we have instituted a 4% S.O.S. (Save Our Staff) fee that goes DIRECTLY to our badass kitchen staff.
